Measure the longest utensils
Ladles, spatulas and rolling pins need an interior that allows them to be grabbed by one end without lifting other objects. Use the actual pieces to check the width and depth of the drawer. The organizer can take up a significant part of the space, so it is advisable to define the content before choosing compartments that look organized, but do not support the usual formats that you use when preparing food in the kitchen.
Test closure and withdrawal
The height of a piece or of its handle can interfere with the cabinet of the furniture by closing the drawer. Consult renovation of furniture to study interiors with useful measures and with the guide system that will be installed. The review should include the possibility of removing the separators to clean the bottom, in addition to the ability to store the utensils in the chosen position for use. Place the drawer near your task
The contents should be related to the area where it is used, maintaining an opening route compatible with the nearby doors. In small kitchen you can rehearse that situation with people present and objects in your hand. The proposal must balance access and preparation surface, avoiding adding an accessory that unnecessarily reduces the usable depth of the furniture or makes it difficult to remove the drawer when working in front of the front.
